These terms apply to purchases from CoreForm, 2074 Shawnee Rd, Tecumseh, Ontario N8N 4P6, Canada, through this online store.
Orders
Placing an order is an offer to buy. We may accept or decline an order, including if an item is unavailable, a price was listed in error, or we suspect fraud. If we decline an order after payment, we refund the amount charged.
Product prices are in Canadian dollars and do not include shipping or tax unless stated. You are responsible for providing a complete, accurate shipping address.
Risk and title
Title and risk of loss pass to you when the carrier delivers the order to the address you provided.

Acceptable use
Do not misuse the store, attempt to interfere with checkout, or submit unlawful content in reviews or messages.
Limitation
To the extent permitted by Ontario law, CoreForm is not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the Consumer Protection Act or other laws that cannot be waived.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there.
