Refund policy

Because the manufacturer ships directly to you, do not mail a return to Tecumseh unless we send you a return address.

Damaged, wrong, or missing items

Email alvi2000adil@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the item and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or a refund with the manufacturer, including the shipping you paid.

Change of mind

You can ask for a return within 30 days of delivery if the item is unused and in its original packaging. Return shipping to the manufacturer is your cost and can cost more than the item. If a return is not practical, we may offer store credit or a partial refund instead.

Refund timing

Approved refunds go back to the original payment method and usually appear within 5 to 10 business days after we confirm the refund.
